Super Admin
Who are the they?
	The company who is the owner of the software.
	The company who are interested to buy the software has to register thru with this company.

What they do?
	Activate/Deactivate companies.
	Create/Modify user admin.
	Changed password.
	New Company set up.

	Modification of existing company.
	Allots credits to the company i.e Each Company will buy specific no of points/credits and that many no of user can participate in the software. Super user keeps track of all the company details registered and there licensed details

What’s the data flow?
	Company A is the super user (Owner of the software)
	Company B wants to use this solutions in there company for appraisal
	Company B will registered to company A to buy this Solutions, Company B will mention that No of user will take part for appraisal, based on that company A will give access in terms of points/credits allotted for company B.
	Company B will be able to use this solutions for that many no of user only.
	At the time of giving licensed to the company B administrator of company A will create a user for the given company.

User Admin:
Who are the they?
	The administrator of the company using this solution.

What they do?
	Creates user and assign rights and roles.
	Additions/Modifications and Deletions of questions.
	Create set and choose set.
	Add user to a scan.
	Sending invitations mails to the user who will participate in appraisals.
	Generating cancellations mails to the user incase there participations is cancelled.
	Gets the overall reports/results (appraisal report for a specific employee).
	Change Password.
	Checks authentication.

What’s the data flow?
	User administrator creates question sets
	Add user to that sets
	Send invitation mail to the participants for the same
	User takes part in scan put there answers
	View results and takes overall reports.
	One scan is ended one credit/points will be deducted from the total points/credits.

User
Who are the they?
	End user who participates in scan.

What they do?
	Takes part in scan.
	Changed password.

What’s the data flow?
	Log in to the system Gets into his accessible are. Took part in scan.
